Jay Garrison, 40yrs old, live in Louisiana, MO. Been married to my lovely wife, Marsha, 21 years. We have two kids, Mackenzie 20, and Colby 16. I worked for Holcim Cement company until they closed my plant last year. I am now employed at BASF in Palmyra, MO. I spend all of the warmer months chasing fish(largemouth and smallmouth bass and hybrid stripers mostly) and of course the colder months trapping. I water trap the river mostly but always take some time to chase the cats and foxes. Still hunt but not as much as when I was younger.

Hi my name is Michael Calvert. I have a wife Samantha we have been married two years. We have a daughter named Gianna. I grew up in the outdoors hunting camping fishing and so on. I had never knew about trapping until last year, me and my brother went to feldmans to get some stuff for work and jackpot. We seen the traps, and I was hooked. Our first day trapping we looked for road kill to use for bait. lol We found a couple of different Things that we could use . We thought it would work for yote bait. lol Our first catch was a non target animal. I have learned a whole lot since then. I have gotten pretty good at grinners and ok at coons. Im still waiting for the yote, it will come sooner or later. I thank everyone on this site for your help. Yall good people, and I appreciate it. Thanks

Hi my name is Doug Swan I live in the greatest place on earth for the outdoor enthusiest. Rural Texas county Missouri six miles east of Houston.I am married for ten plus years to the most wonderfull woman in the world she puts up with all the weird and nasty things I find to shoot or skin.I have been a hunter and fisherman all my life but Trapping is a love given to me just this year by my brother in law (along with coming to the trap board) I am just getting started I am a corrections officer by profession and a nut by the grace of GOD can't wait to get to know Y'all

Darrell Bennett, retired, 30 yr eng.design tech with MDC. Hunted, trapped and fished all over southern boone co.,missouri and points N,S,E, &W. Hooked on trapping since findin 5 or 6 Victor longsprings hangin' in grandads corn crib, . Hard trapper while in high school, not so consistent while full time employed due to all other activities;(bow deer, gun deer, comm. fishing on Missouri River, etc.). Live in Mo. river hills about 3/4 of a mile east of the Big river. Can see the California Mo. Cargill turkey tower from my house, lol. Looking forward to getting to know you fellas and gals on here and at various rondys and get togethers. I hope to learn from you guys things I might have not known and maybe have a tip or trick that maybe might help someone else. Thanks!

My name is Tom. Live in Adams County Pennsylvania. I am a state licensed Taxidermist,still without the urge to do more than just friends , relatives, or my own stuff as work. hav not trapped anything since i was 12, other than field rats or pocket gophers. I want to get out and start my trapping carreer this fall, and with all the help i got from all here ,plan on getting me alot of nice fur. I want to run at least 25 traps. I will trap by my home early on,. Then take a 10 day vacation and run a line in Luzerne county PA. later. My targets will be primarily K9's but, will set a few water sets as well, thanks for all the tips and for answering all my questions.

My name is Tim Wilcox, I live in Western NY State with my wife and children. I try to get all of my kids involved when it comes to trapping, even if it is trap preparations or going out on the line. I love seeing the smiles on my kids faces when we pull up to a red fox, coyote or even a coon. This is the reason I love going out into the outdoors. My wife even loves to ride along with me on the days that the kids are in school, so it is a family thing. At the end of the season, we all prepare the furs for sale, even our 4 year old loves to brush out the fur. I could go on and on, but think you get the idea. Glad to be here. Tim

My name is David Allen. I'am a Certified ADC Trapper here in North Carolina. I have lived here all my 53 years of life. I'am an Trapper Ed. Instructor, Hunter Ed. Instructor, and a Bowhunter Ed. Instructor. I love too teach !!!! I'am Married to a wonderful wife Nancy. I have a son Joshua and a daughter Celeste. My son is married to my wonderful daughter-in-law, Leah and they gave me my first Grandchild his name Jaxson he was born this year. Ahhhhh a new Trappin Partner and Huntin buddy !!!!!! My daughter is engaged to my future son-in- law, Sean they plan too marry in December of this year. I love the outdoors, Hunting, Fishing, Trapping. I'am a Director for District 8 in thr North Carolina Trappers Asso.. I'am also the Vice Bowhunting Records Chairman for the North Carolina Bowhunters Asso.. My names Noah..I live in Crane, Mo...umm..lets see...I am 32 years young. I have 3 wonderful kids and a awesome wife. I have not trapped before but plan on it this year. Found a guy--Big Jake--whose gonna help me out. He told me about this site which is great. I enjoy anything outdoors. I also like reptiles and just hanging with friends and family.
