whether a resident of Missouri or pas sen through, Please join Freedom Trappers of Missouri, times are getting tougher for the outdoors men and outdoors women with all the attempts to ban trapping, limiting use of public land. I believe the more groups there are representing the local and state wide efforts the better.

We may need to form FREEDOM FISHERMEN to help fight Obama. If the federal government can take out fishermen, what chance would trappers have?

Linda that is saying alot. i think there are probably more people that fish than there are any kind of hunters or trappers. i know people who fish every chance they get they would rather fish than about anything else but they do basically nothing else in the out doors, no hunting, camping, trapping or even picnicking, they just fish.
i don't think this will require anything special to make it happen i think it could just be an executive order and if obama wants to make some points with some environmentalist and if he figures he wont be reelected any way he could saddle us with this and once its done it will be hard to undo.

Today, the drive-by news media is calling the Obama fishing ban a "right-wing hoax". Apparently they haven't read, or didn't understand, the report from Obama's Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force (Dec 2009).

This leftist dream of putting all uses of US waters under one government department control is older than the healthcare takeover scheme. It is very real, and Obama, with the wave of his hand, could create this new department (the NOC). It starts with the coasts and great lakes, then creeps in to take over interior lakes and rivers, then finally to all waters, even your farm pond.
They've spelled it all out in their report. All you have to do is read it.

Do they not remember that socialism is the first step to the end of our way of life. And if he gets his way its all over but dont ever count us out at least not yet! Freedom trappers voices will be heard and are being heard. Its new and exciting to see all the new trappers coming on to the site so please feel free to sign on to the freedom trapers section linda will hook you up.
