Gun show at Branson Catholic church Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Admission is $5 a day or $10 for all 3 days.

The last gun show I went to was in Licking about a year ago, and I was disgusted with it. It was so crowded that you had to wait your turn to get up to each table to look at the items for sale. So many of the sellers were greedy and had way higher prices than what is charged for firearms here, locally. Also, there were only a very few handguns and military-type weapons. I didn't see any of the new, innovative firearms. Most of the guns for sale were old shotguns and lever action rifles- guns that were more appealing to collectors than to active sportsmen, and they were not realistically priced. Who wants to buy some junk? The ammo was priced out of sight- what little there was. I won't go out of my way to attend any gun shows anytime soon; they have really gone downhill from times past.

Yaa I use to go to alot a gun shows and things have really gone down hill. I rememberwalkin in with 100.00 and walking out with more than i should a been carrying. remember buying 3 SKS rifles for 100.00 in tulsa at the big national show. as for ammo its really gone up but every time i see reloading supplys its thru the roof too.

Got back around 7. Yes the prices are high but I enjoyed talking to the knife dealers there. Everyone was looking and buying up the Sig and Ruger 9mm's. Every table that had them had a crown around it. Long guns were higher than they should have been but I think good deals could be had on then by Sunday.
